Primary 3 had a lovely day of STEM learning with our STEM Ambassador, Catherine Boyle. The children were learning about the forces that act upon aeroplanes. They then took part in an engineering task of building their own aeroplane and flying it through the school. The children also also experimented with forces and friction. They released their previously made cars down ramps of different textures to see which ramp the cars would travel furthest on.
